These terms govern access to and use of the Lucas Salud platform. This is an indicative draft that must be reviewed and completed by legal counsel before final publication.
What the service is
Lucas Salud is a tool for recording and organizing health information, and for sharing that information between a user and the healthcare professionals they authorize.
Not a medical service
Lucas Salud does not provide healthcare, does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment. It does not replace assessment by a healthcare professional.
In an emergency, contact your country's emergency services.
User accounts
You must be of legal age, or have your legal guardian's authorisation, to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access other users' information, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
We may amend these terms. We will give reasonable notice of any material change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. Competent courts to be confirmed with legal counsel.
