Does Lucas Salud cost anything for patients?
Symptom tracking, your personal health record and the appointment summary are free for patients. Paid plans are aimed at clinicians and healthcare organizations.
Does it replace my official medical record?
No. Lucas is a complementary record that you control and that captures what happens between appointments. Your official medical record still lives with your healthcare provider.
Who can see my information?
Only you and the people you explicitly grant access to. Every access is logged, and you can revoke it at any time from the app.
Does my doctor need to use Lucas?
No. You can generate a PDF summary and bring it printed or send it by email. If your clinician does use Lucas, they also see the full history.
Which conditions does it cover?
It is designed for primary and secondary immunodeficiencies and for chronic conditions that flare, such as autoimmune or inflammatory diseases. It works for any condition that needs ongoing follow-up.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can download everything in an open format and request deletion at any time, in line with Mexican data protection law.
