We're building the care we wish we'd had.

Lucas Salud comes out of the experience of people living with chronic conditions and immunodeficiencies, and of the clinicians who walk alongside them.

Why Lucas exists

Living with a chronic condition means spending an enormous amount of energy on an invisible task: remembering. Remembering when the last flare started, which medication was tried two years ago, what the specialist said to watch out for. That information exists, but it is scattered across paper reports, apps belonging to different providers, and the person's own memory.

In the consulting room, all of that work gets compressed into a few minutes. The clinician tries to reconstruct months of history from what the patient can recall on that particular day — usually a bad day. Details that matter for the decision get lost.

Lucas exists to close that gap. It captures what happens between appointments in a structured, simple way, organizes it into a coherent history, and puts it in the hands of the patient, who decides who to share it with. It neither replaces the health system nor competes with it: it gives it the context it is missing.

How we work

Four criteria we apply whenever there is a choice to make.

  • The patient decides

Any feature touching their data starts by asking them, not by assuming on their behalf.

  • Simple before complete

We'd rather ship a tool that works on a bad day than one that does everything and goes unused.

  • With clinical judgement

Every scale and every summary is designed alongside the professionals who will read it.

  • No small print

We explain what we do with data in plain language, with nothing buried in the terms.

Want to be part of it?

We're looking for people with clinical and technical experience, and we always want to hear from patients willing to try the platform.
